SUMMARY:Helping with shoulder and neck pain through yoga - Sold Out
DESCRIPTION:\nShoulder and Neck Health based on therapy approach which will
  help to restore comfort and posture. Open to all students and teachers co
 me and experience a therapeutic approach to yoga practice.\n\nDo you exper
 ience shoulder pain\, neck tension\, or the effects of poor posture? This 
 workshop offers a carefully structured approach to relieving discomfort\, 
 improving mobility\, and restoring alignment.\n\nLed by an experienced Iye
 ngar Yoga teacher\, the workshop combines precise instruction with the int
 elligent use of props to make each pose accessible and supportive.\n\n✦ 
 What to Expect:\n\nClear\, focused guidance rooted in the Iyengar traditio
 n\nSafe adaptation of poses using props (blocks\, belts\, chairs)\nGentle 
 sequences designed to release tension and build spinal stability\nTargeted
  support for conditions such as:\n\n 	Neck and shoulder stiffness\n 	Poor 
 posture and muscular imbalances\n\nWe will look at general aspects to help
  everyone\, rather than individual symptoms and cases. This workshop is su
 itable for both students and teachers but teachers will benefit from the t
 ime being classed as specialised training.\n\n\nThe workshop is being taug
 ht by:\n\nYelena Grigorenko \nYelena is a Level 3 teacher and has studied
  yoga therapy with Lois Steinberg. She has visited our mother institute in
  Pune many times and helped out in the medical classes there. She is a Reg
 istered Therapy teacher with the IY(UK).\n\nDebbie Wilkinson\nDebbie is a 
 Level 3 teacher and has been studying and helping out in the therapy class
  for a few years years. She has also visited Pune many times and has been 
 taught by Geeta\, Prashant and Abhijata Iyengar there.\n\nBooking Policy:\
 n\n\n 	You must inform the teachers of any serious health conditions befor
 e turning up on the day. Please contact  Debbie or Yelena.\n 	We use PayP
 al to process transactions\, however you can use ANY debit/credit card to 
 pay – choose the “Guest User” option on the payment page and you wil
 l be asked for your card details. You may have to uncheck the sliding butt

 you have not booked online but want to check whether you can come on the d

 pay with cash or a card on the door (if there are places available)\; but 
 you will not be able to attend the class without payment.  If you do need
  to pay on the door\, please arrive at least 10 minutes before the publish
 ed event start time\, to minimise disruption during the class.\n 	We will 
 close the building 20 mins after the event finishes.\n 	We will not tolera
 te behaviour that our members or volunteers find intimidating or inappropr
 iate\, including refusing to leave when asked.  We reserve the right to r
 emove membership and/or refuse future entry in the event of such behaviour
 .\n\nMDIY Cancellation Policy:\n\n\n\n\nMDIY members will take priority ov
 er non-members. MDIY will refund the cost of tickets (less a £5 administr
 ation charge) if notice of cancellation is received more than 7 days befor
 e the event. Cancellations received less than 7 days before the event will
