 Parkinsons\, stroke
DESCRIPTION:Garth is back and offering a special opportunity for teachers t
 o learn about the Iyengar Yoga approach to MS\, Parkinsons and Stroke.\n\n
 We are just gauging interest to see if teachers would like to learn from G
 arth\, looking at practical arrangement of equipment\, hearing evidence fo
 r case studies. Please let us know if you would be interested\n\nJoining u
 s on our AGM weekend no less. A great way to bring together our Yoga Commu
 nity in the Manchester and District Iyengar Yoga area.\n\n“the beauty of

 nThe rest of the weekend programme:\n\nFriday Intermediate class: 12.30 - 
 2.30pm\n\n\n\nGuest teaching our online pranayama/restorative online class
 : 6 - 7pm\n\nSaturday 10am -12noon - class for those with problems\, neuro
 logical or restriction issues\, all welcome but our priority is to help th
 ose who need you most.\n\n12 - 1 lunch\n\n1 - 2pm talk with questions and 
 answers.\n\nshort break followed by restorative yoga until 4pm\n\nSunday g
