SUMMARY:Monitoring Blood Pressure Issues through Iyengar Yoga
DESCRIPTION:\nHypertension or hypotension can lead to all kinds of issues w
 ithin the human system. You will be pleased to know that Iyengar Yoga can 
 help. In this therapy based workshop you will learn methods and techniques
  to help. Open to all students of yoga whether you attend a weekly class o
 r whether you teach\, whether you suffer from blood pressure problems or n
 ot. We are confident that everyone will find this workshop interesting.\n\
 nit is an opportunity to learn from an experienced Iyengar Yoga teacher\,
   Yelena Grigorenko. The workshop combines precise instruction with the i
 ntelligent use of props to make each pose accessible and supportive.\n\n
 ✦ What to Expect:\n\nClear\, focused guidance rooted in the Iyengar trad
 ition\n\n 	Use of props to support the postures and therefore conditions\n
 \nWe will look at general aspects to help everyone\, rather than individua
 l symptoms and cases. This workshop is suitable for both students and teac
 hers but teachers will benefit from the time being classed as specialised 
 training.\n\n\nThe workshop is being taught by:\n\nYelena Grigorenko \nYe
 lena is a Level 3 teacher and has studied yoga therapy with Lois Steinberg
 . She has visited our mother institute in Pune many times and helped out i
 n the medical classes there. She is a Registered Therapy teacher with the 
 IY(UK).\n\nBooking Policy:\n\n\n 	You must inform the teachers of any seri
 ous health conditions before turning up on the day. Please contact Yelena.
 \n 	We use PayPal to process transactions\, however you can use ANY debit/
 credit card to pay – choose the “Guest User” option on the payment p
 age and you will be asked for your card details. You may have to uncheck t

  non-member rates\, this means you are not logged in properly\; please try

  (free) basic account to book classes/events.\n\nAttending in-person:\n\n 
 	If you have not booked online but want to check whether you can come on t
 he day\, please call 07747200411\n 	Payment is required in advance.  You 
 can pay with cash or a card on the door (if there are places available)\; 
 but you will not be able to attend the class without payment.  If you do 
 need to pay on the door\, please arrive at least 10 minutes before the pub
 lished event start time\, to minimise disruption during the class.\n 	We w
 ill close the building 20 mins after the event finishes.\n 	We will not to
 lerate behaviour that our members or volunteers find intimidating or inapp
 ropriate\, including refusing to leave when asked.  We reserve the right 
 to remove membership and/or refuse future entry in the event of such behav
 iour.\n\nMDIY Cancellation Policy:\n\n\n\n\nMDIY members will take priorit
 y over non-members. MDIY will refund the cost of tickets (less a £5 admin
 istration charge) if notice of cancellation is received more than 7 days b
 efore the event. Cancellations received less than 7 days before the event
