A class for Iyengar Yoga teachers only, designed to improve teachers’ personal practice and teaching expertise for the ultimate benefit of all students of Iyengar yoga.
This class is accessible whether you’re a newly qualified teacher, or have many years experience. It’s available online, by recording and If you’re able to attend MDIY in person, you’ll have Julie on hand to make the adjustments your body requires.
