DESCRIPTION:Save the date for Saturday\, 15th February\, from 10:00 to 12:3
 0\, for an enriching yoga session led by experienced teacher Debbie Wilkin
 son. The workshop will be held at the Manchester and District Institute of
  Iyengar Yoga (MDIY). Debbie is a Level 3 teacher who has recently returne
 d from her fifth visit to Ramamani Iyengar Memorial Yoga Institute (RIMYI)
 \, “the heart and soul of Iyengar Yoga” in Pune\, India.\n\nOpen to al
 l levels\, including beginners\, the workshop will utilize MDIY's ample eq
 uipment to enhance your practice. No worries if you're new to equipment us
 e\; Debbie will provide guidance regardless of your experience. Expect a s
 upportive and safe atmosphere to explore and deepen your practice\, where 
 all you need to bring is yourself!\n\nDebbie is planning to book Lilys Veg
 etarian Restaurant afterwards so let her know if you want to go.\n\n\n\nTi
 me: 10am - 12.30pm\n\nCost: £25 for members\, £30 for non-members\n\nImp
 ortant Information\n\nBooking and cancellation policy: MDIY members will t
 ake priority over non-members. The MDIY will refund the cost of tickets (l
 ess a £5 administration charge) if notice of cancellation is received mor
 e than 7 days before the event. Cancellations received less than 7 days be
 fore the event will not be refunded.\n\nOnline booking closes the day befo
 re the event.  If you want to book at the last minute\, please call or em
 ail to check whether there are places\, and bring cash/card to pay on the 
 door.\n\nDoors will open 20 minutes before event start time.
