Exchange of Learning Day – Yoga for all bodies

Exchange of Learning Days, (EL) are a great learning opportunity for all teachers and trainee teachers.  There is a chance for everyone to share knowledge and experiences in a friendly environment.  These sessions are not assessed in any way.

This year we are exploring the practice of Yoga for all bodies. Our aim is to discuss ways of working with students taking into account the various issues that may arise on this journey.

As all Iyengar Yoga teachers will be required to have a minimum of 20 hours face to face training for their 2026/27 renewal This is the last of our three days. The day provides 5 hours of learning.

Attending a Exchange of Learning day would normally form part of your continuing professional development hours for your membership.  For this reason EoL days are run in tandem with the membership renewal year from 1st April 2025 – 31st March 2026.

Booking and cancellation policy: MDIY members will take priority over non-members. MDIY will refund the cost of tickets (less a £5 administration charge) if notice of cancellation is received more than 7 days before the event. Cancellations received less than 7 days before the event will not be refunded.
