Garth McLean afternoon informative and restorative workshop
Following a question and answer session with examples of the therapeutic nature of Iyengar Yoga, Garth will lead a restorative workshop. We do encourage members to come for a chat. To have the chance to talk to Garth about help through yoga is priceless. He is a warm and empathetic and dedicated practitioner and we have the chance to pick his brains. Following the chat we will rest and recover with restorative yoga.
